This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to publish serialized parts to your website, allow purchases from your website inventory, and how to publish serialized parts to a custom online catalog.

Step by Step

# Start on the inventory detail screen for your serialized part.

1. Click on Destinations

2. Click on the magnifying glass to start the product match process

3. The part number will be populated by default. Click on Search to find marketing information for your selected part.

4. If a match is found, select the model you'd like to use for your part.

You may need to adjust the part number to find matching data. If you cannot find data, you may need to create your own record.

5. Click on Add Selected to pair the model.

6. Click on Save to complete the pairing.

7. By default, your part will appear on your website even if the available quantity is zero or less. If you you'd like the part to appear only when stock is available, change the 'Always Show (Even When Out of Stock)' toggle to the Off position.

8. You can allow customers to purchase your serialized part directly from inventory pages on your website by setting the 'Allow online purchases from your website...' toggle to the On position.

NOTE: If this option is missing, please contact your DX1 account manager to learn about activating this feature.

9. If you use your own catalogs in yout Online shop, you can publish your serialized part the the catalog by setting the 'Display in Parts and Accessories Catalog' toggle to the On position.

10. Select your catalog.

11. Select the Category or Categories where your serialized part will appear.

12. Click on Publish.

NOTE: Please allow a few minutes for your part to be created in the online catalog.

13. To see your part in the online inventory, click on View on Website
