Click on voided from the menu on the left

Open the repair order, then click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.  Choose Recreate Sale from the drop-down.

Please read the rules from the popup once the recreate option has been chosen before closing

See below for an example of each of the highlighted changes once the voided Repair Order has been restored

1. The Repair Order has been recreated as an Estimate: Any parts added will not be pulled from inventory until the estimate is converted to a repair order

2. Any part requests for stock will show back up in the new Work Estimate, However any Special Order OR Layaway  parts WILL NOT*

The Special Order issue is being worked on within our development team at this time.

Note: Any stock parts that were apart of the original invoice will need to be requested again once the repair order is converted from an estimate.

3. Labor will need to be added again

Note: The feature cannot be used if the unit is no longer in current inventory ( charge to MU) or if the unit is not longer in the customers garage
