Repair Orders Waiting for Parts

Why it's a recommended report: A quick and easy way to see what parts still need to be sold to the repair order.  Search filters can be used by name or repair order number

Users have a drill down option as well.  Click on the invoice number on the left hand side

Details on the invoice are shown including Requested QTY, Special Order QTY, Part Number, and Pickedup QTY

Completed Repair Orders

Why it's a recommended report : Extensive filters allowing the dealer to find information quickly for completed RO's, and Warranty jobs for both customer and internal repair work.

In the above example the dealer needs to see all units where Charge to Major Units was used.  This tells the dealer how much the internal cost of the unit or units has increased for those units.

Key information such as impacts to profit percentage, parts used, labor totals, and if fees or sublet were charged can be found once the report is run

Technician Productivity

Why it's a recommended report: Shows dealers how long the technician is taking to complete assigned jobs versus what the customer is being charged for labor.

Use the search filters by date range and technician along with current status ( open, sale finalized etc....)   Key information will include allocated hours, worked hours, and the difference in labor.
