What is a DX1 user (from a billing perspective)?
A user in the DX1 DMS system is defined as any active user that is set up with access to the system with a user role that is not one of the following roles/exceptions:
- Marketing Manager - As primary role with no Secondary roles 
- Website Administrator - As primary role with no Secondary roles 
- Service Technician (specifically for technicians entering story information in service invoices) - As primary role with no secondary role. Can have custom permissions turned on with these specific options selected: - Service - Service Sales 
- Service - Service Sales - New Work Estimate 
- Service - Technician Timeclock 
 
- Administrator (Specifically for multi store time clock) - As primary role with no secondary role. Can have custom permissions turned on with these specific options selected: - Accounting - Time Clock 
- Accounting - Accounting Reports - Time Clock 
- Accounting - Accounting Reports - Time Clock Detail 
- Dealership Settings - Time Clock 
 
*Please note that when a billable user is added that is above your contracted user count this will increase their bill by $50 per month.
