The Internal Messenger is designed to give active dealership users a way to communicate within DX1.

1. Send Process
   1. From the dashboard click the Internal Messenger Icon

   2. Find the desired user by using the search bar or by scrolling through the alphabetical list
      1. Clicking on the user opens the conversation view
   3. Type your message and click the send button
   4. The conversation will now move to the top of the user list
2. Read Process
   1. If you have a message from an active user you will see a notification on the Instant Messenger icon

   2. Click the icon.
   3. Your unread messages will be shown with a blue dot next to the user's name.
