Note: Only those with the proper permissions may reset a users password.

Part 1: Resetting the password 

Click on the user initials in the upper right hand corner then choose Users.

Search for the user

Once in the users profile click Reset Password 

The following popup box will appear. click Reset

The user will receive the following email with the temporary password so they may log in. 

After the user logs in a password reset can be done 

Part 2: Changing the password 

Click on the user initials in the upper right hand corner then choose Users.

Search for the user

Once in the users profile click Change Password 

Enter in and confirm the new password then click Save
