How do I know if my subscribers are receiving my newsletters and email blasts?You can view this by clicking on Reporting in the left hand menu inside newsletter Tile.
What's the difference between a newsletter and an email blast?A Newsletter requires a few extra steps to make, which is helpful when you want a polished circular that may have many announcements or a wider range of topics. When you want to send a quick email blast to your subscribers you will want to use the email blast option. Many dealers who used the PSN platform are already familiar with the email blast feature. Do I have to pay for classified space?Craigslist is the only commonly used classified social media service that charges a fee. Contact customer service to discuss how the Craiglist fee applies applies.
Does sold inventory get taken off classified spaces automatically?Any inventory linked through DX1 is removed upon completion of the deal.
What are the differences between having DMS or a Marketing Only package with Listing Inventory?Marketing Only dealerships have options within the Listing Inventory tile of DX1 that are found within the Major Unit are for DMS dealers. How do I override the MSRP so that customers see the price as lower than MSPR without seeing it as on sale?You have the option to override the MSRP in the Marketing settings within the administrative dropdown menu. You have see the step by step process in the

Can customers request quotes via Facebook?Customers are able to view inventory on your Facebook page and complete a request form that will be sent to DX1 as a lead. You can setup lead assignment rules to determine which employees receive email notifications for leads in the Lead Setting tile.
Will the same inventory from my website be on my social media inventory?If your inventory is synced automatically and you have Facebook enabled as a destination, all your inventory will be available to customers on your Facebook page and website.
