Listing Inventory
Batch Updates - DX1 has added lots of new areas which can be updated via Batch Updates. Many of our dealers have requested the ability to manage some pricing fields across groups of listings. With this update, PriceText, Monthly Payments, Hide Price, Send Price on Request, and Offers & Charges can now be updated in our Batch Updates feature! We have also added the ability to manage the display of Stock Images across batches of selected listings. No more onesie-twosy, listing by listing changes - manage the most used listing fields in bulk with these batch Update feature improvements!
Search Filters - When you need to locate listings and make changes, it can be hard to find the units you’re looking for. We’ve made it easier to find listings with no custom images or units with offers or special prices active, along with multiple other options. Check out the Listings Inventory tile to see all the new options!
For those DX1 Dealers using our DMS Inventory Connector, you will now see which units are actively updating price from the DMS. The visual indicator is on the Listing Classified grid and detail pages.
Monthly Payment Term Options - DX1 now offers dealers the ability to customize Loan Terms for Monthly Payments, giving you greater pricing flexibility.
Take Deposits on Major Unit Inventory - Let your inventory work harder for you. With major unit deposits, customers can now place a secure deposit directly on units they love—right from your website. Only serious buyers place deposits. This means fewer tire-kickers and more real sales opportunities. Contact your account manager to activate this feature today! Learn More
Promotions Displayed Directly on Inventory Units - Give shoppers another reason to say yes—before they even step in the store. Every unit in your online showroom now clearly shows if promotions are available. Shoppers can click to view details, scroll through active promos, and get excited about what they can save.
New “Zero Year” Product Categories- We are expanding the product categories that will appear with zero (0) as the model year. This means the model year will also not appear on your website for more equipment, garden, and power equipment products. See the full list of affected product categories here.
DMS

Customer PO field - This new field allows you to enter a customer-supplied Purchase Order Number on a Parts, Service, or Major Unit invoice. Once added, the PO number will appear on printed invoices and within invoice grids across the system, where it can be searched.
Optimized Major Unit Receiving Workflow - For dealerships frequently receiving the same unit multiple times, the Receiving Without PO process has been significantly improved. After processing the first unit on an invoice, clicking the "Save and New" button will now automatically populate the subsequent unit's details with information from the original unit and the invoice. This enhancement reduces data entry, requiring only the VIN, stock number, and engine number to be entered for each additional identical unit.
Major Unit Color Customization - You can now modify the color of any unit in inventory or listings easily. This eliminates the necessity of creating custom models when dealing with a unit that has been customized or if the specific model color you require is not currently available.
Smart Notification Text Search - You can now use a text search to quickly find information related to Smart Notifications. A great example of this is looking to see if any Special Orders need to be shipped. Simple search "Ship To" and see the power of the tool!
AI Sales Assistant- Is your newest AI-powered virtual employee. It can help answer questions about vehicle specs, features, promotions, and trade-in values. No longer do you need to drill down to find out nuance specs like the width of a Honda Talon or trade-in value on a 2020 Yamaha YZ125. Go to the AI Sales Assistant and simply ask it, and it will do the hard work for you.
DX1 SmartPrice Check - This powerful pricing tool delivers real-world insights using actual sold data from exact-matched units (Condition, Year, Make, Model) within your region. When matching sales data is available, a link appears above Current Price in Major Unit Management and Listing Inventory. Clicking the link reveals the High, Low, and Median sale prices, helping you validate and set competitive pricing that reflects your market. This is an opt-out feature, manageable in Dealership Settings > Major Unit Settings. Enabling it grants access to regional pricing insights while contributing your sales data to the network, fostering smarter pricing for all.

This update enhances record-keeping, reporting, and post-sale service through complete customer histories.
