Here are some highlights of the next DX1 Release scheduled for Monday July 8th, 2024
DMS For this release we are happy to announce that we got to a number of accounting items that have been popular asks, here are the highlights:
Service Fee Account Mapping - You now have the option to map any service fee to any account, this allows you to split out the money you collect for fees to the most appropriate account.
Transaction Reference Numbers - QBs limits the number of characters that can be sent in the reference number field but we are now maximizing that and are sending as much as we can including the last 6 of the VIN and last 6 of the Warranty Authorization number for AP and AR transactions. This will make it easier for your accountants to reconcile Payments and Credits in QBs.
RMA Numbers - You can now enter up to 12 digit RMA numbers which will be sent as the reference number to QBs.
