Here are some highlights of the next DX1 Release scheduled for Tuesday, August 15th, 2023
DMS In this release we have focused on improving some of our accounting features as well we have made a few usability improvements, here are the details:
Real Time Syncing of Vendors and Accounts - To reduce the steps required to set up a new Vendor or Account we now have the option to automatically keep Vendors and Accounts in sync between DX1 and Quickbooks Online.
MU Cost Changes - When the cost is updated for a Major Unit you now have the option to treat the change as a Cost Adjustment or update the original Bill Amount.
MU Tax Details - To make Major Unit Taxation clearer, we now display exactly what is being taxed for each tax line item on an MU deal.
Finance Reserve - To reduce the manual steps for the accounting department we now automatically create a Receivable for the Finance Reserve amount.
Invoicing Shortcuts - In an effort to reduce clicks, we have added three shortcut icons to the DX1 header bar to allow immediate access to start a new Parts, Service or Major Unit invoice from any page in DX1.
Fiche Icon added in Customer’s Garage - Again to streamline the workflow, we have added a fiche icon in the customers garage so you can get directly to the appropriate fiche diagram for the customers unit.
Enlarged Popup Windows - To make the data easier to read we have enlarged the Special Order and History Popup Windows.
GASGAS Motorcycles & Trials Fiche - If you are using DX1 Fiche for DMS or your website and are an authorized GASGAS dealer you can get access to Motorcycles & Trials diagrams.
