Here are some highlights of the next DX1 Release scheduled for the week of August 15th, 2022


Service Performance Metrics Report

This new report provides users in the service department with a full set of metrics which will help them monitor how things are going in the department currently, month over month and even for the same time last year.

Service Bulletin Notification Icons added to the service invoice list for Polaris, Kawasaki, Honda and Yamaha.  Making these bulletins more visible help you:

  • Increase Revenue for your dealership
  • Reduce dealership Liability
  • Improve customer Safety
  • Improve customer Satisfaction

Printed Service Invoice Improvements:

  • Added unit Color, Model Code and Miles/Hours Out
  • Option to label printed ROs as "Service Invoices"
  • Option to hide Sublet Details
  • Option to hide Labor Hours and Rate

Service Warranty user interface - optimized screen layout to make it easier to use 

Added dealership setting that when turned On prevents Techs from clocking into more than one job at a time, this will improve reporting accuracy and help prevent fraud


Lock Custom Retail Price

DX1 continually updates model data MSRP to reflect changes by the manufacturer. If the base retail price conflicts with your custom retail price as a result of installed options, for example - locking the retail price prevents changes to your custom price.  For more information about MSRP Lock please visit our Help document.
